No. Everything is built from scratch. Real departments and products can be used as a reference without copying badges, logos or artwork, which keeps you clear of takedowns.
Yes. The template comes from the model you are running, so send the model or tell us which one it is and the livery gets built to fit it exactly.
A pack is already built, so it is cheaper and you get it straight away, but other servers have it too. A commission is made for you to your reference, and can be kept exclusive if you want that agreed up front.
A download link is emailed to you as soon as the payment clears, and it stays valid for seven days. If you were signed in when you bought it, it is also saved to your profile so you can fetch it again whenever you like.
Yes. Sign in at the top of the page and open your profile - every pack you have bought while signed in is listed there with a Download button, and pressing it makes a fresh link. Emailed links run out after seven days, but your profile does not. If you bought as a guest the order is not tied to an account, so get in touch and a new link will be sent.
You pay once, at the end. The work is built and shown to you in game first, so you can see exactly what you are getting before any money changes hands. The files are handed over as soon as the payment clears.
That is fine, and there is nothing to pay - you only pay at the end. The work does not go to waste though: whatever has been made gets finished, any server names and badges are stripped out, and it goes up as a ready-made pack for anyone to buy. If you would rather that could never happen, ask for exclusivity before work starts and it will be agreed then.
Fit problems on anything made here get fixed free, for as long as you run it. If a vehicle model gets updated and breaks a livery, that gets sorted too.
